About ICM COLLEGE

ICM offers foundation as well as pathways to an undergraduate degree at the University of Manitoba. The UTP Stage II programs are the equivalent to the first year of the University's Bachelor's Degree. Upon successful completion of UTP Stage II, students transfer into the second year of their degree at the University of Manitoba.*

I would like to welcome International College of Manitoba (ICM) students to Western Canada’s oldest university. Since 1877 the University of Manitoba has been at the centre of post-secondary education in our province, and has adhered to its core philosophy that access to the best education must be available to all who have the ability to benefit by it, regardless of sex, race, creed, language or nationality.

The partnership between ICM and the University of Manitoba, which came into e?ect in 2008, is designed to o?er eligible students a pathway to the University of Manitoba. I hope that when you join the University of Manitoba after you have successfully completed your studies with ICM, you achieve everything that you hoped for when you decided to study abroad.
